A little bit about Emma Dunsford – Your Host
Emma began Calm Minds with the belief wellbeing should be part of everyday life, rather than something people only think about when they reach burnout.
“Many business owners and staff members are managing heavy workloads, ongoing pressure to perform and struggle to find time for self-care,” she said. “When people feel more balanced and mentally clear, it has a positive ripple effect on communication, performance and workplace culture.”
Attendees do not need to join the sessions feeling calm; the idea is guests are able to access a calm space to create and step away from any mental noise.
Emma added the workshops are for everyone, from individuals, groups or business owners and their staff. No creative experience is necessary.
Emma has run a variety of individual and group workshops so far, with the most recent themes focused on quieting the ‘inner critic’.
